"I really cannot let another day pass without expressing a huge 'thank- you' on behalf of Anne and myself for the magnificent progress Margaret has made since she was welcomed into Stainton Lodge Care Centre. From the very outset Anne and I recognized the enormous pride you had in both the home's fabulous facilities but also in the exemplary staff you have employed and gathered together as an effective and efficient caring team. Margaret has settled in so well in such a short time. I visited today, there was no shouting or stressing, only welcoming smiles and positive comments about the many staff looking after her care and treatment- ( the 'A Team!' ) Wow! Please ensure each and every one is thanked- it's so very obvious your staff feel valued. The ethos of the home needs bottling, everybody singing from the same hymn sheet. Residents and relatives are afforded tremendous dignity and respect. It certainly was not Black Friday for me- I returned home happy, relieved and thankful! I wish you a very pleasant journey, especially in this busy run- up to Christmas. Take time to enjoy your family and friends this weekend!"

Frank and I would like to thank you all for the love and care with which you nursed our father Bill, during the last weeks of his life. Although it was difficult time for all of us, we often found him smiling and laughing- usually when there was an attractive girl or two chatting to him, or bringing him a meal. The service which you provided for him was the complete opposite of those dreadful stories we have all seen on the television, and Bill told us on more than one occasion just how comfortable, safe and secure you all made him fell. He really was very happy there with you. "Thank you" does not seem in any way adequate to express our gratitude, not only for the way you cared for Bill but also for the peace of mind which you afforded to Frank and I in knowing that he was never alone,fearful or in pain, right to the very end. Thank you all so much.

"I feel that I needed to put pen to paper as I don't think I could put into words the appreciation we feel as a family. It had been a traumatic and stressful time for us all for the past seven months. On behalf of Dad and his family we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving Dad this opportunity to spend his life in such a wonderful place that he can call home. For the first time in seven months we can go home and sleep knowing that dad is being looked after and well cared for. It's the happiest and best we have seen him in a long time. This is undoubtedly due to the excellent care and understanding of the your staff, each and every one of them are so kind, and caring and very professional. we will be forever grateful to you and your staff".

Hi Steve After another visit, longer this time around, l was truly amazed to find my mum looking better than my last visit, this is down to all the amazing Seniors, staff and management team who are all so dedicated. Each day we spent a couple of hours in the garden area which is such a lovely place to sit, ice lolly for mum from the chef then tea and cake in the reception area, it’s getting more like a hotel, it’s a truly dedicated team to provide such excellent care and facilities.

Hi Steve, can I just tell you how much I appreciate your support and all your amazing staff, I’m so grateful DG has your staff with him. So many other homes would not do that. The hospital have not recognised he was having many seizures but luckily your staff did.
